Here’s the deal on returns:

  • What’s eligible? Only items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • How long do I have? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us.

  • Exchanges? We don’t offer exchanges at this time. A refund is the only option for an approved return.

  2. Wait for the Green Light: Our team will review your email and get back to you with the next steps. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back!

  3. Ship It: Once approved, we’ll tell you exactly how to return the item to us.

Refunds & Shipping Details

  • Refunds: Once we get your item back and approve the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. (Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.)

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

  • In-Store: Please note that our physical locations cannot accept returns for online orders.
